An opportunity is now available for an experienced HR Advisor to provide day to day operational support to a national organisation with a Head Office in SE Suburbs. This is a generalist HR role where you will be responsible for employee relations, managing workplace grievances and investigations, facilitating the implementation of HR procedures and practices through line managers, recruitment, and providing assistance and advice when required.

- Performance management
- Assisting with recruitment and separation process
- Case management
- Workers compensation
- Industrial Relations
- Award interpretation
- Liaison with internal department managers
