Expertech are URGENT recruiting for a support person to assist with a Cyber strengthening project. It would be highly beneficial if you would have worked with SentinelOne, although this is not essential skill to have.
Responsibilities
Upgrade existing computer fleet to Windows 11 Pro (onsite and remote users)
Install Google Credential Provider for Windows (onsite and remote users)
Be a point of contact for the support of:
Google Workspace
Microsoft 365
Mosyle
SentinelOne
Working co-operatively and collaboratively with the IT team, as well as other stakeholders
Skills required
Exceptional customer service skills.
Experience rolling out a Mobile Device Management (Mosyle) and/or Mobile Application Management (Google Workspace) solution(s)
Ability to adapt to a rapid-paced IT support setting.
Prefer 3+ years of experience in a technology support role or a demonstrable combination of training/experience to a similar level.
Robust written and oral communication skills, particularly in discussing technical matters with non-technical people.
