You will be responsible for managing all telephone calls in a professional and polite manner, providing administrative support to the Airport Manager, and maintaining supplies inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Play a crucial role in rostering and payroll management systems
* Manage telephone calls and respond to queries in a timely and courteous manner
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Airport Manager
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplies inventory and establish efficient processes
* Handle sensitive information confidentially

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to time manage and prioritize tasks effectively
