Manage ward admin to keep daily operations running smoothly. Build strong links with nurses, clinicians and support teams. Create accurate records and maintain a well-organised workflow. Support a safe, efficient and collaborative ward environment. Duties • Provide prompt admin support across the ward • Liaise with Nursing Unit Manager and clinical teams • Handle calls, visitors and public queries • Update patient records and maintain accurate data • Coordinate tasks with Central Adelaide staff and teams About You You bring calm, care and confidence to a busy ward and keep admin running smoothly while supporting teams and patients. • Communicate clearly with staff, patients and visitors • Confident with Microsoft Office and accurate data entry • Type at 30 wpm or above with strong attention to detail • Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with minimal guidance • Deliver warm, high quality customer service under pressure Why You’ll Love It Here - CALHN benefits that matter We know that a great career is about more than just the work you do, it’s also about the support you receive.
