Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day site operations including product receipt, blending and dispatch
* Lead and support site team members, seasonal workers and contractors
* Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all work is carried out in line with site procedures
* Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time
* Work closely with the Maintenance Coordinator to support plant reliability and minimise downtime
* Provide hands‐on support across site operations as required, including operating plant and equipment
* Maintain site standards including housekeeping and environmental compliance
* Support shipping and vessel activities as required
The Key Skills Required For This Role Include
* Previous experience in a supervisory or leading hand role within operations, logistics or manufacturing
* Strong safety focus and commitment to safe work practices
* Practical, hands‐on approach with the ability to step in and support the team
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to plan, organise and solve problems in a fast‐paced environment
* Basic computer skills and experience using systems (e.g. SAP or D365), desirable
* Current driver's licence
