Registered Nurse - South West Coast VIC (Relocation Opportunity)
We're currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse for a permanent part‑time role (mixed shifts) on the South‑West coast of Victoria.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and clinical standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, monitoring changes in health and wellbeing.
- Administer medications safely and maintain accurate documentation of all treatments and care provided.
- Coordinate and supervise care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure best practice.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams regarding care needs and updates.
- Maintain compliance with aged care regulations, quality standards, and infection control procedures.
- Support end‑of‑life care with compassion and dignity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes within the facility.
- Participate in resident care reviews, handovers, and case conferences.
- Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Solid clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills.
- Minimum 3 years registered nursing experience (aged care strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of aged care standards, medication administration, and infection control.
- Compassionate, patient‑focused approach with respect for resident dignity.
