Role
The Role: We are seeking an experienced Carpenter / Stair Builder / Tradesperson to join our team at Molendinar. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about craftsmanship and looking to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities
* Hands-on construction and assembly of bespoke and traditional staircases
* Collaborating closely with a skilled, tight-knit team
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
* Providing guidance and mentoring to apprentices as you grow in the role
* Utilising cutting-edge 5-axis CNC technology to streamline production
Qualifications
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Completed trade qualification in carpentry, joinery, or cabinet making
* Proven experience within the industry
* A genuine passion for quality craftsmanship
