Job Description
You will be responsible for implementing evidence-informed capacity building approaches to enhance outcomes for children and families within the early learning and care setting. This will involve working closely with Centre Directors, Educators, and other key stakeholders to observe, identify, and support the progression of children's learning, development, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Implementing capacity building approaches to enhance outcomes for children and families
* Working with Centre Directors, Educators, and other stakeholders to support children's learning and development
* Communicating and engaging regularly with families to support the inclusion and participation of their child
* Building linkages with local services and streamlining referral pathways into and out of the centre
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology or equivalent
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field
* High level of interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
* Strong understanding of child development (birth-5 years)
* Ability to document, analyse, and report on relevant key performance indicators
