Executive Manager Care, Residential Services

Our client, a respected and innovative provider, is seeking a strategic and visionary Executive Manager, Care & Residential Services to lead clinical excellence, operational performance, and organisational reform across multiple residential care sites.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, this is a pivotal role responsible for:
Providing organisation-wide clinical and care leadership
Overseeing the operational performance of all residential homes and central kitchen
Embedding a robust clinical governance framework and ensuring regulatory compliance
Driving innovation, digital transformation, and sector-leading care models
Leading large teams, developing high-performing leaders, and shaping a culture built on accountability, learning and customer-centred care
Championing continuous improvement and achieving strong performance against strengthened aged care standards
This role plays a critical part in the organisation's strategic expansion and transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Executive oversight of residential care operations across multiple sites
Leadership of clinical governance, quality systems, risk management and accreditation
Driving excellence in resident outcomes, safety, and customer experience
Leading service innovation, digital health integration, and contemporary care models
Workforce development, talent planning, and building organisational capability
Financial stewardship across clinical and residential portfolios, including AN-ACC optimisation
High-level stakeholder engagement across government, regulators, industry and community
About You
You are a senior clinical and operational leader with:
Extensive executive leadership experience across aged care, health, or complex residential services
A strong track record in clinical governance, quality improvement and compliance
Demonstrated success leading multi-site operations and large multidisciplinary teams
Deep knowledge of the aged care standards, reforms, and regulatory environment
Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs and organisational performance
High-level communication, influencing and change-leadership capability
Post-graduate qualifications in health, business or management will be highly regarded.
