Junior Contracts Administrator Job
Job Description
We are seeking a driven and highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our project delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in contracts administration, with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and administer subcontractor packages, scopes, purchase orders and variation documentation.
• Support procurement processes and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Assist with project cost tracking, budgeting, progress claims, variations and monthly reporting.
• Maintain accurate registers, compliance documents and project files.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to support smooth end-to-end delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator or Assistant CA role within construction or fit-out.
