Position Description
Rise with us and champion the strategic development, execution, and coordination of the hotel's marketing and communications initiatives across all channels, ensuring cohesive brand visibility and alignment with The Westin's core values.
Lead the creation, management, and optimisation of marketing campaigns, digital content, social media engagement, and promotional materials that elevate brand identity and strengthen guest connection.
Conduct comprehensive market research, monitor competitor activity, and analyse industry trends to enhance the property's market positioning while upholding The Westin's signature wellness‐driven brand philosophy.
Partner closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, track monthly performance, and deliver cost‐efficient, high‐impact campaigns.
Build, cultivate, and manage strong relationships with media partners, influencers, agencies, and key stakeholders to maximise brand exposure and foster community engagement.
Act as a Westin wellbeing ambassador, weaving our wellness ethos into all marketing touchpoints, guest communications, and brand storytelling.
Collaborate with Sales, Events, F&B, and Operations teams to identify and activate innovative revenue‐generating opportunities through creative marketing initiatives.
Oversee digital performance analytics, evaluate campaign outcomes, and prepare detailed monthly reports with insights and strategic recommendations for continued brand and business growth.

Candidate Profile / About You
* High school diploma or GED with 2 years experience in sales, marketing, communications, or a related field; OR
* A 2‐year degree from an accredited institution in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related major; no experience required.
* Full working rights in Australia.
