About Our Support Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Property Management team and provide administrative support. You will be responsible for ensuring streamlined processes and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, communicating effectively with team members, assisting with general office duties, supporting inspectors when required, and contributing to client satisfaction. You will also need to stay up-to-date on Property Management legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Tasmanian Real Estate Licence must be obtained within 12 months
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other software programs is essential
* Ability to work independently and take direction as required
* Effective communication with clients and team members
