An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager wanting to join a well established and fast growing office in the heart of Wollongong.

The Role:
- Day to day management of a residential portfolio.
- Conduct lease renewal agreements, compliance and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate property inspections and manage a healthy database.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the transaction process.
- Provide daily operational support to the Property Management team
The Person:
- Previous experience as an assistant or property manager preferred
- Valid Certificate of Registration, Car and Drivers License
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies act
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
