Early Childhood Teacher | Journey Early Learning Sebastopol

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our warm and welcoming team at Journey Early Learning | Sebastopol. In this role, you'll lead the development and delivery of an engaging kindergarten program that supports children’s learning and lays the foundation for a lifetime of curiosity.
This is a permanent fulltime position across Monday to Friday in our Pre-Kindy room.

What You’ll Do
o Develop and implement high-quality, play-based educational programs
o Create environments that foster learning, curiosity, and emotional development
o Observe and document children’s progress
o Build strong, positive relationships with families and the local community
o Collaborate closely with a passionate and supportive team
o Contribute to community projects and events
What You’ll Need
o A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood (ACECQA approved)
o A current Working with Children Check
o Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
o Confidence using digital tools to support planning and documentation
