You'll be at the centre of a fast-paced workplace and the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression, ensuring smooth office operations and providing administrative support while working closely with a collaborative team.
Who we're looking for
We are seeking a well‐presented corporate Receptionist with experience in a professional services environment.

What you'll do
* Manage the company inbox
* Greet visitors and coordinate client and internal meetings, ensuring rooms are professionally presented and client‐focused
* Manage sign‐in and sign‐out compliance and monitor physical security requirements
* Manage boardroom, meeting room and car diaries
* Prepare correspondence and documentation and assist with report compilation
* Assist with the organisation of internal and client events
* Maintain client information and contribute to the accuracy of the client database
