About the Role – Supervisor (Tory Burch)
As aSupervisor, you will play an essential role in supporting the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales, and uphold the Tory Burch brand standards.
You will act as a role model on the sales floor, lead by example, support daily store operations, and assist in coaching and motivating the team.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about luxury retail, service excellence, and developing their leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in executing key sales initiatives.
Lead by example on the floor to drive sales and deliver high service standards.
Assist in developing daily action plans to achieve sales and KPI targets.
Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly, professionally, and in line with brand expectations.
Operational Support
Support the execution of Visual Merchandising guidelines.
Assist with inventory management and help minimise stock losses.
Participate in monthly stock takes and daily counts when required.
Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently upheld.
Provide on-the-job coaching and product knowledge support to team members.
Assist in onboarding and training new staff.
Communicate daily priorities, updates, and expectations to the team.
Help foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment.
Support the Store Manager in maintaining team morale and a dynamic store culture.
