The role
An opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a WA construction team, taking on a key leadership role across two significant projects in Perth up to $600m. This position suits an experienced delivery leader who is passionate about driving construction excellence, enhancing site performance, and developing high‐performing teams.
Working closely with senior construction leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping site culture, championing safety initiatives, and ensuring delivery frameworks are executed to a high standard. You will lead a team of Site Managers, Supervisors, and EHS professionals, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and strong operational leadership.
Requirements
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing site teams
* Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
* Experience leading a $300m+ project
* Extensive experience managing the delivery of complex commercial or mixed-use construction projects at a senior level
* Strong capability in coordinating trades, sequencing works, and driving program outcomes
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and manage stakeholders
* Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments while balancing multiple project demands
* A genuine commitment to maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and team collaboration
