* Progress claims management: Ensure timely progress claim submissions for accurate compensation.
* Bills of quantities (BOQ) management: Coordinate the preparation and submission of BOQs for all project stages.
* Facilitation of bank draw down reports: Manage the creation and dissemination of reports detailing bank draws for project funding.
* Pre-Tender Estimates: Develop detailed estimates for potential projects, considering factors like material costs, labor, and timelines.
* Variations & Cost Reports management: Effectively manage changes to project scope and create comprehensive cost reports for stakeholders.
Professional Qualifications and Skills
* A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent: Possess a solid foundation in construction principles, including building codes, materials, and project scheduling.
* Minimum 3 years Professional Quantity Surveying experience in Australia: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Australian quantity surveying practices, laws, and regulations.
* Ability to work independently and autonomously: Showcase self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and effective time management abilities.
