Project Coordinator Job Description
As a Digital Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver complex digital projects across the APAC region. You will drive effective cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external teams to ensure project success and meet tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in IT project management, particularly with digital IT projects. They will be competent at understanding and managing digital/web creation projects and possess strong stakeholder and vendor relationship management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing content building process with 3rd party agencies
* Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project delivery timeline
* Collaborating with various internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, IS, etc.)
The successful candidate will also be able to establish and maintain project management tools, dashboards, and reporting as well as navigate and use content management systems.
Requirements
* Previous experience in IT project management is required
* Competent at understanding and managing digital/web creation projects
* Strong stakeholder and vendor relationship management skills
* PMP certification or similar project management certification is ideal
* Competency in Microsoft Suite, including MS Project
