As a key member of the team, you will coordinate and execute all facets of export documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and deadlines are consistently met.
Responsibilities
* Compile, dispatch, and maintain required export documentation in collaboration with customers, shipping lines, and key stakeholders
* Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
* Familiarity with customer import country requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Knowledge of ERP systems and export documentation platforms
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Proficiency in languages other than English is highly regarded
