We’re seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of large-scale subdivision and bulk earthworks projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a respected contractor offering long‑term stability, autonomy, and a robust pipeline of Work NOR.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage daily operations to meet program, budget, and quality targets
- Oversee procurement and maintain accurate site documentation
- Ensure compliance with OH&S; standards, including toolbox meetings
- Monitor progress and report regularly to senior management
- Support innovation in work methodologies and site execution
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising earthworks and subdivision projects
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to interpret drawings and construction programmes
- Experience in bulk earthworks and underground services
- Safety‑focused with solid compliance knowledge
- Flexible approach – willing to operate plant if required
- Excellent communication skills and a valid WA driver’s licence
- Senior First Aid certification (advantageous)
