REMOTE Sales Role – Not Your Average Fitness Sales Job - Body Fit Training
We need a Remote Sales Superstar. Someone who’s quick on the phone, knows how to connect with people, and is hungry to help them take the first step towards changing their life.
This isn’t your run-of-the-mill sales gig. We’re not about scripts for the sake of scripts or pushing people into offers they don’t need.
At BFT Ocean Grove & BFT Hawthorn, we do things differently. We don’t just sell memberships. We offer solutions—real ways for everyday people to feel strong, energised, and in control again. And that starts with you.
What makes this role different?
You’ll be working fully remote / WFH, with flexibility built in. You’ll be the first connection new leads have with us, so your energy and speed matter. You’ll respond to new enquiries within 10 minutes (between 9am–2pm, Mon–Fri), listen to their story, and show them how our signature offer can solve their problem. Outside those hours? Work flexibly to follow up and keep conversations moving. You’ll call. And call again. Persistence pays off here. You’ll follow proven scripts—but bring your own flavour to every call. You\'ll learn to "Sell By Chat" with instagram and Facebook engagers. You’ll decide if someone’s the right fit (we only want people who will thrive with us). And when you close them, you’ll hand them over to our Studio Managers and Head Coaches to kick off their journey.
You’re the right fit if…
You’ve got 1+ years of sales experience under your belt. You know the fitness industry (or at least speak the language). You’re fast, responsive, and can handle objections without breaking a sweat. You don’t see sales as “closing deals”—you see it as helping people say yes to a better future.
