Job Description
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth of Capital Equipment in the assigned territory of NSW, VIC and QLD.
o Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in key customer accounts.
o Negotiate and close agreements with large customers in the environmental and waste water space.
o Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
o Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
o Understand specific market conditions and offer solutions based on this knowledge.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Capital Equipment Sales professional should have:
o Proven work experience as a Sales professional in the environmental/wastewater/water treatment space.
o Solid understanding of sales strategies and industry regulations.
o Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
o Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation.
o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
o Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
o Willingness to travel across the assigned territory on a monthly basis
