About the Role
This role fosters excellent customer relations at the worksite. It involves planning and performing necessary calculations for the complete job at the well site, which indirectly affects cost containment, efficiency, profitability, and operations.
This position will be fly in fly out but basedat Roma, QLD
Key Responsibilities
· Works with support functions to ensure a high level of equipment operating efficiency and readiness for product service line is achieved. Ensures pre-job and DAS inspections are properly completed and performs preventative maintenance on all Coil Tubing and associated equipment as required.
· Supervises Coiled Tubing operations according to the job and project design, leading the well site team activities when the Service Leader is absent.
· Coordinates and directs service operators during equipment rig-up and rig-down on-site, as well as the preparation of equipment for the job.
· Utilises real-time data under dynamic job conditions, communicating results to relevant personnel on-site. Responsible for all post job data.
· Ensures customer satisfaction with the jobs carried out. When needed, may collect and distribute data from jobs. Oversees clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
· Promotes safety awareness and environmental responsibility. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and practices guidelines.
Role Requirements
· Leadership and negotiation skills
· Ability to understand Well Bore schematic, troubleshoot equipment, analyse computer programs (IWI) and operational procedures
· Have 4+ years of previous experience
· Diploma/High school
· Able to work a physically active hands-on role
