As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting educators to enhance the quality of teaching and learning for all children.
This hands-on position involves working closely with centre teams to provide coaching, guidance, and modeling of effective practice. Your work will focus on building sustainable capability, promoting inclusive learning, and ensuring every child has access to high-quality early education experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities
 * You'll deliver timely and high-quality coaching and advice to educators, helping them develop confidence and capability in teaching and learning practices.
 * You'll partner with centres to support their Quality Improvement Plans, assisting teams in translating goals into action through practical on-the-ground support.
 * You'll champion the consistent implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standard, and other relevant frameworks, with a strong focus on high-priority areas.
 * You'll stay up-to-date with sector best practices, policies, and regulatory requirements, applying current knowledge to every interaction.
 * You'll collaborate with internal specialists to co-design and implement strategic improvement initiatives that drive positive outcomes for children.
 * You'll promote a culture of child safety, equity, and inclusion through your daily work and leadership.

Requirements
 * You'll hold a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education from a recognized university.
 * You'll possess extensive and recent practice-based experience as an early childhood teacher (aged birth to 8 years).
 * You'll have a strong understanding of the A&R process and the Exceeding Themes.
 * You'll be skilled in delivering high-quality training to centre-based teams and supporting practice uplift.
 * You'll have sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and other relevant guidelines.
 * You'll be committed to promoting child safety, equity, and inclusion in your work.
 * You'll hold a Current QLD Working with Children Check.
