Fernwood Seven Hills is looking for a casual female Gym Floor Instructor/Personal Trainer to join our team. Must be available to work a minimum three mornings from 7am to 12pm and three evenings 3pm to 8pm
The position involves:
* Delivering both Personal Training sessions, specific to client goals and small group training sessions.
* Inducting new members to the club to ensure success within their first month; directing them towards a training solution that is right for them.
* Assisting in the promotion and running of current promotions within the centre
* Upgrading members to components such as Personal Training, FIIT30 and Pilates Reformer
* Basic housekeeping including keeping the gym floor tidy.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is able to build maintain positive and motivating relationships with members.
Selection Criteria:
* Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness
* Outstanding communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
* Ability to work and communicate with a wide range of people
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Experience in the health and fitness industry desirable but not essential
* Current Registration with Fitness Australia
* Current Public Liability insurance
* Current First Aid and CPR
