Reporting to the Board, the Principal will work to deliver on the College's strategic priorities while further enhancing the strong pillars of this Christ-centred learning environment. Key responsibilities include:
* providing vibrant, progressive learning within SACE and IB (PYP and MYP) frameworks, preparing students for tomorrow's challenges;
* leading, empowering and developing outstanding educational, operational and support staff;
* championing the College while fostering inclusive community spirit and managing key stakeholder relationships;
* building deep, authentic relationships between staff, students, parents, key stakeholders and the wider community;
* living and promoting the Lutheran values and ethos of the College as an authentic model of faith-based education;
* building, enhancing and maintaining state-of-the-art educational facilities while ensuring strong governance over financial and physical resources.
