Cloud Infrastructure Manager Position
This role will involve overseeing the management of Microsoft Azure infrastructure to ensure high availability, provisioning, and securing endpoints. Additionally, it entails enforcing device policies, configuring firewalls, and monitoring threats.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage virtual machines, networking, and storage on Microsoft Azure
2. Provision and secure endpoints via Intune and Autopilot while maintaining compliance
3. Enforce device policies using BitLocker, Defender AV, and app control through Mobile Device Management
4. Configure Azure Firewall, network segmentation, and private endpoints for IP protection
5. Monitor and respond to threats using Microsoft Defender
6. Maintain VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and secure IP routing across sites
7. Maintain Microsoft 365 security across Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
8. Apply operating system hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation across all systems
9. Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and network-related issues
10. Hold in-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365, Entra, and Endpoint Manager
11. Have a solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and server operating systems
12. Possess proficiency with networking concepts and protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
13. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
14. Communicate effectively with clients and team members through strong verbal and written communication skills
15. Prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
16. Possess relevant certifications, such as MCSE, MCSA, or Microsoft 365 certifications
17. Have at least three years' experience in the field
