Make your career meaningful with GMHBA.The RoleWe're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to help elevate the digital experience across our websites, member areas and mobile apps.
You'll use research, design thinking and strong UI skills to deliver intuitive, accessible and customer-led solutions.This full time role is a 2-year fixed term contract based in our Geelong Head Office with the option for hybrid work (min 2 days per week in the office).
You WillDesign and iterate user-centred digital experiences across web and mobileUtilise user research, usability testing and translate insights into clear design solutionsCreate user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in FigmaMaintain and evolve our design system and ensure brand and accessibility standards are metCollaborate closely with developers, marketing and other key stakeholders as required to optimise member journeys and conversionThe Ideal CandidateTertiary qualification in UX, design, marketing or a related field5+ years' experience in UX/UI or digital experience designStrong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteSolid understanding of design systems, accessibility and best-practice UXA user-first mindset and confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentHighly desirableExperience in health, financial services or a regulated industryBackground in graphic design, copywriting or human-centred designAt GMHBA, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to be their authentic selves.
