Guided by our values of kindness, integrity, empowerment, and innovation, you bring: Tertiary Qualification in Nursing and un-restricted APHRA registration High-level critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements Experience in quality processes, accreditation, and continuous improvement Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and operations About the Role You’ll step into the role of Service Manager for any of our 12 aged care sites—supporting service delivery, driving positive outcomes for residents and maintaining organisational culture. You will report to the General Manager based out of our Support Centre in Milton, but we may also need you to help cover Clinical Care Manager positions at our sites as well. In this unique role, you’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence and clinical leadership across multiple sites. Your responsibilities will include: Cover leave of Service Managers or gap fill Care Managers where needed. Championing quality and compliance, ensuring alignment with Aged Care Quality Standards and Lutheran Services’ Model of Care. Mentoring and empowering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Overseeing operations, including workforce planning, risk management, and budget oversight. Providing clinical leadership, guiding care planning, medication management, and resident engagement. Acting as a problem-solver and change agent, bringing agility and confidence to complex challenges.
