Rehabilitation Consultant Job Description
We are seeking a passionate professional to drive customer satisfaction and recovery outcomes in our Qld team based on the Gold Coast.
The Role
* Assist injured individuals with recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness.
* Conduct assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios.
* Support recovery and return to pre-injury employment using clinical skills and knowledge.
* Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Occupational therapist, physiotherapist or exercise physiologist (with relevant professional membership).
* Access to vehicle + full drivers' licence.
* SIRA membership required for Tweed Heads region.
* Current police clearance and working with children check.
* Exceptional communication, time management, attention to detail & problem solving skills.
