The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Coordinating the Central Enrolment process for families seeking to enrol their children in participating kindergartens.
* Managing the workload to ensure that all tasks are completed within a four-week work cycle.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Education and Care (or related field) or extensive relevant experience in Children's Services Administration.
* Extensive experience in administration, computer operation, and database management.
* A sound understanding of relevant legislation and guidelines.
* A current Victorian Drivers Licence, Police Check, and Working with Children Check.
