About the role

Stravia Crop Protection, is seeking an experienced Ag Chem, Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team. In this full-time role based in regional NSW, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers across a designated territory. Agribusiness and agricultural chemical or Fertiliser experience essential.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

What you'll be doing

1. Executing Agribusiness sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory
2. Prospecting for new business opportunities and converting leads into sales
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
4. Providing excellent technical sales support and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns
6. Preparing detailed sales reports and analysing performance data to identify areas for improvement
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the agricultural chemical industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers
3. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
4. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
5. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Knowledge of Australian Ag chem market is essential
