Lead Sales & Site Manager – Mandurah (High Earning Potential)

The Opportunity
As the Lead Sales & Site Manager, you will operate the Mandurah yard as your own performance centre.
You will:
* Own every enquiry from first contact to handover
* Protect margin and drive profitability
* Manage your own pipeline, listings and follow-ups
* Coordinate pre-delivery and logistics with our Rockingham service team
* Maintain yard presentation and stock standards
* Be accountable for site performance
This is a lean, high-autonomy environment.
You will not be micromanaged — but you will be measured.

Earnings & Structure
* $80,000 base salary (depending on experience)
* 10% of retained profit per sale
* 12% superannuation
Realistic OTE: $150,000 – $180,000+
High performers will exceed this.
Your income is directly tied to your performance and margin discipline.
