About the role
This full-time Tyre Fitter position at Bob Jane T-Mart in Strathpine offers the chance to join a dynamic and growing automotive team. As a Tyre Fitter, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe installation, maintenance and repair of tyres for a variety of vehicles.
What you'll be doing
* Mount, balance and replace tyres on customer vehicles
* Rotate tyres as per manufacturer recommendations
* Diagnose and repair tyre-related issues
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
* Provide excellent customer service and technical advice
* Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the workshop
What we're looking for
* 1–2 years of experience as a Tyre Fitter
* Specific tyre-fitting experience is essential for this role
* Must possess valid Australian work rights
* Good technical skills and knowledge of tyre maintenance and repair
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
* Customer service skills and a skilled demeanour
* A valid driver's licence
* A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to continuous learning
