Parts /Admin Clerk
Lombardi Bros located in the Bentley Area is an automotive smash repairs company looking for a full time Parts/Admin clerk Mon - Fri to join our friendly team.
This role will involve Parts Management and performing general administrative duties.
**The Role**:
The role may include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Assist with Data Entry into our Panel & Paint system - training will be provided
- Excellent Phone Manner
- Parts department management
- General office duties such as filing, sorting, document binding, liaising with the courier
- Administration support for our management team
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Reliable
We are looking for a bright, happy, cheerful applicant who has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude and a track record in offering outstanding customer service. You will also need computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook and be willing to learn how to use an in-house database.
The ability to interact with the staff (at all levels) in a dynamic environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to the role.
