 
        
        As a seasoned Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and maintaining existing revenue while growing incremental sales with current customers.
 * Manage a defined portfolio of clients to identify opportunities for growth and upsell/cross-sell services.
 * Maintain a strong understanding of our managed services, cloud, and cyber security offerings to effectively represent them at industry events.
 * Develop account and sales plans for key prospects and existing clients to drive business outcomes.
 * Collaborate with technical, project, and service teams to deliver positive customer experiences.
We are seeking a professional with 3+ years' experience in sales and/or account management, preferably within the MSP or technology sector. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
