You will be supported by a strong, connected clinical leadership team, giving you the guidance, structure, and backing to do your best work — while still having the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.
The Role
* Be part of a high performing and happy team of Speech Pathologists
* Drive and Fly across regional VIC
* Deliver assessment and therapy in rural and regional communities
* Work within a multi-disciplinary team (OT, Speech, Psych)
* Support people who genuinely need access to care
* Supportive and experienced SP Team Leader, championing for you all the way.
The Work Week
* 4 day work week (Fridays off every week)
* Monday is \"Ground Day\" every week with your team and team leader. Work your way - at home or in the office (admin, notes, planning, PD, collaboration)
* 3 clinical days a week (we care about quality not quantity)
* Structured travel (no last-minute scheduling)
* Overnight trips required (max 2 nights per week)

Requirements
* Qualification in Speech Pathology
* SPA registration (or eligibility). NZSTA Mutual Recognition
* Available to travel and overnight stays
* Full driver's licence
