**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Services Consultant. As a key member of our Payline team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality payroll processing and support to our internal and external clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Process allocated client payrolls with accuracy and efficiency.
* Provide exceptional inbound telephone support, aiming for 1st Call Resolution.
* Ensure all relevant issues and activities are entered into our Client Information System (CIS) accurately.
* Log and escalate threatened business as per department guidelines.
* Update and communicate client payroll processing schedules in accordance with Non Negotiable Standards.
* Identify and act upon opportunities for extension business or escalate to relevant departments.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 18 months Call Centre/Helpdesk experience.
* Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
* Payroll/customer service experience is highly regarded.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize client issues.
