About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex construction projects across marine, oil & gas, and over-water infrastructure environments. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in multi-disciplinary construction, along with exposure to and a passion in marine-related projects.
You will be responsible for end‐end management of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The position plays a key role within the management team, contributing to and influencing the growth of the business in Darwin.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end‐to‐end delivery of construction projects across marine and wider construction projects.
* Oversee multidisciplinary works including, but not limited to:
o Structural Concrete/Steel fabrication/installation
o Excavation and demolition
o Hot Works, Piling & Crane Barges
o Remediation and maintenance works
o Over‐water bridges
o Rocks & Pipelines
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials to ensure smooth project execution.
* Contribute to pricing, estimating, and tender submissions by supporting bid development and providing technical input into construction methodologies.
* Lead stakeholder engagement, subcontractor coordination, procurement support, and commercial delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
About You
* Proven Project Management experience in multi‐disciplinary civil/construction, ideally remedial maintenance projects.
* Demonstrated experience delivering projects from planning through to completion.
* Exposure to construction methodologies, procurement processes, and tender/bid development, including pricing activities.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams in complex environments.
