About the role
Our partner is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead their data strategy and execution within the Admin Experience group. You'll be responsible for building scalable data models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data integrity for key enterprise initiatives. Your work will drive product improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the long-term growth of our partner's organization.

* Data Strategy & Leadership: Lead the data strategy and execution for the Admin Experience group, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
* Scalable Data Models: Design and implement data models and pipelines that support enterprise-level features and initiatives.
* Collaboration & Insights: Work across teams to provide data-driven insights that influence product decisions and strategies.
* Governance & Compliance: Ensure data integrity and governance while adhering to compliance standards and best practices.
* Team Mentorship: Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data scientists, nurturing our partner's data culture.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams to measure the success of key initiatives and ensure data-backed decisions.
