Program Coordination Leadership Opportunity
The Reconnecting River Country Program (RRCP) is seeking a temporary full-time Manager, Program Coordination to lead program-level management and coordination.
* Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the RRCP including managing ad hoc requests, strategic planning, risk escalation and leadership meetings.
* Develop high-level briefings reports and correspondence that turn complex information into clear timely advice.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams government partners and community stakeholders.
* Oversee workforce planning staff capability training and development to ensure the team is resourced and supported.
* Lead ad-hoc projects involving input from across RRCP teams partners and key departmental staff.

* Strategic management experience in a similar role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
* Experience in coordinating multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Knowledge of project management principles practices and tools.
