Through prevention, treatment, research, education, and advocacy, we are committed to helping keep kids safe, heal from trauma and lead happy lives.About The PositionWe are looking to welcome a Family Support Practitioner to deliver an outreach model of family case-management programs addressing identified needs and child protection concerns.Full time opportunity.Position government funded until 31 December 2027 with possible extension.Level 4 under the SCHCADS Award. Salary range is $85,127 – $91,588 + Super.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver an outreach model of complex family case-management programs to families and kids.Engage families and develop case plans and which addresses unmet needs and child protection concerns.Working with other professionals and agencies utilising an ecological model.You can read our full position description here under the relevant vacancy.Why Join Act for Kids?The Act for Kids team is a community of shared values.
