Through prevention, treatment, research, education, and advocacy, we are committed to helping keep kids safe, heal from trauma and lead happy lives.About The PositionWe are looking to welcome a Family Support Practitioner to deliver an outreach model of family case-management programs addressing identified needs and child protection concerns.Full time opportunity.Position government funded until 31 December 2027 with possible extension.Level 4 under the SCHCADS Award.
