Hinterland Children's Therapy are looking for an experienced paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary clinic. We are located on a small farm in Guanaba- 10 minutes from Oxenford and Nerang. We offer great working conditions and a small supportive, friendly multidisciplinary team. Our working environment is relaxed and quiet. We have access to outdoor space and have horses and dogs in our therapy team. We work with children from 0-12 years with a range of disabilities who are participants of the NDIS.
Our workplace is family friendly and believe in work life balance. We work a 9 day fortnight giving us every second Friday off as an RDO. We have a capped amount of 48 appointments that we see in a fortnight. This allows us to have manageable days with scheduled breaks in between each client and scheduled admin time each day.
We are looking for a part time speech therapist- we are flexible with days.
We offer ongoing mentoring and support from experienced clinicians, with fortnightly external supervision if required.

Applicants must have or be eligible to have the following:
* A tertiary degree in Speech Pathology
* Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
* Professional Indemnity/ Public Liability Insurance
* Police Certificate, Working with Children Check
* Current Drivers licence and vehicle

* Demonstrated skills, knowledge and interest in delivering delivering assessment and therapy to children.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Outstanding initiative, time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work well within a team and to build strong rapport with children and families.
