You will provide guidance and support to link clients into supports and or services that best meets their need and builds their engagement in their own wellbeing. You will help build their individual capability and capacity whist connecting them with community and mainstream services appropriate to their need and situation.Who we are looking for;Someone with great people skills, excellent written communication and time management skillsSomeone with demonstrated experience & expertise who can engage with seniors from various backgrounds.
