Office Administrator Job Description
The role of the Office Administrator is to ensure smooth office operations while supporting accurate revenue tracking and reporting. This position requires a proactive, resourceful, and capable individual who can manage both administrative and financial tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily office operations to maintain a productive and professional work environment
* Assist with preparation, maintenance, and distribution of regular operational and revenue reports as directed by the Revenue Manager
* Coordinate new staff orientation, including preparing workstations and onboarding resources
* Act as the primary point of contact for office-related issues and communications
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and office standards
* Support monthly Hospital Casemix Protocol (HCP) reporting processes
* Assist with billing and debtor data entry
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in relevant systems
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and revenue discrepancies
* Oversee office supply inventory and staff amenities including kitchen and stationary items
2. Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in office administration and/or finance support roles
* Experience in revenue administration, billing, or accounts receivable
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail with strong data accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Confidence navigating multiple software packages
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
