Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, this role is responsible for managing the allocated ledger of accounts receivable in a high volume fast paced environment.
**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:
- Address discrepancies and inconsistencies with key stakeholders.
- Manage data exceptions from our processing systems.
- Reconciliation of weekly client statements and query any out of balance.
- Ensure execution of revenue related internal controls through maintenance of and compliance with system controls, audits and company standards.
- Ensure costs to be on charged to airline customers are provided to the Revenue Analyst team bi-weekly.
- Ensure electronic scanning and other space saving methods of storage and retrieval are processed accurately.
- Participate in month end, reconciliation of accounts, and accurate data input.
**What you need to be successful in **securing this role?**
- Demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Experience in a high volume accounts receivable role.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Possesses a customer service mindset and displays professionalism towards both internal and external customers at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail across volume data sets.
