PLUMBER

Overview
Carries out installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
Requires strong technical skills, safety awareness, and good communication.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, valves, pumps, and drainage.
Diagnose plumbing issues and determine repair methods.
Install / service hot water systems (gas, electric, solar).
Perform inspections and preventive maintenance.
Read / interpret plans and ensure compliance with plumbing codes.
Maintain work records and communicate with clients.
Use tools safely; attend urgent callouts; maintain vehicle and tools.
Follow WHS procedures and report hazards.
Skills & Qualifications
Certificate III in Plumbing or equivalent.
Current plumbing licence and driver's licence.

PUMP TECHNICIAN

Overview
The Pump Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various pumps and pumping systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair centrifugal, submersible, and industrial pumps.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
Monitor pump performance and adjust for efficiency.
Maintain service and parts usage records.
Work with technicians, engineers, and site staff.
Follow WHS and environmental procedures.
Provide technical support when required.
Skills & Qualifications
Trade qualification or relevant mechanical / electrical certification.
Experience with industrial pumps.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Overview
The Service Technician is responsible for servicing, repairing, installing, and maintaining pumps, sewerage systems, and related mechanical / electrical equipment.
Requires strong troubleshooting skills, safe work practices, and good customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, and repair pumps, sewer systems, and control panels.
Perform preventive maintenance and onsite assessments.
Install pump systems and complete testing / commissioning.
Attend breakdown callouts and provide client updates.
Complete job reports, service sheets, risk assessments, and timesheets.
Maintain tools, vehicle, and equipment.
Follow WHS, PPE, and confined space procedures.
Skills & Experience
Experience with pumps, wastewater, or mechanical / electrical systems.
Strong mechanical aptitude; able to work independently.
Proficient with tools and testing instruments.
Driver's licence and ability to work overtime / callouts.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
Restricted electrical licence; confined space or working-at-heights ticket.
Experience with control panels, VSDs, float switches, telemetry.

STOREPERSON

Overview
The Storeperson is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing stock.
This role ensures inventory is managed effectively, orders are prepared correctly, and the warehouse is maintained in a safe and organised manner.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and deliveries.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
Load and unload trucks, using forklifts or other equipment as required.
Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.
Organise and maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment.
Label and store items in designated locations.
Assist with stock replenishment and rotation.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and in line with company procedures.
Ensure all paperwork, delivery dockets, and system entries are completed accurately.
Communicate any stock discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment (preferred).
Current forklift licence (desirable).
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
