Contract
Stable & Grounded is a registered NDIS provider and allied health and wellbeing service supporting individuals and families to build lasting capacity, regulation, confidence, and functional life skills. We work across the NDIS, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), employment-related supports, Counselling (LVL 3/4)/Psychology and Adjustment to Injury Counselling with WCQ with a strong focus on recovery, reintegration, and sustainable outcomes. If you are within our locality of Ipswich and have an interest in learning Equine Assisted Therapy, please outline this in your application.
This recruitment forms part of our 2026 growth plan, with referrals anticipated to increase from mid to late January. We are onboarding clinicians now to ensure quality, alignment, and readiness — not rushed caseloads.

We are currently prioritising some roles to service the Ipswich region for face-to-face delivery.
* Clinicians located in Ipswich or the surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply
* Australia-wide applications are welcome
* For clinicians outside Ipswich, referrals may take longer to come through for face-to-face work; however, we would still like to hear from you, as services may be delivered via telehealth where appropriate

About the Role
Depending on your discipline and scope of practice, you may deliver services across:
* NDIS Capacity Building Supports
(psychosocial recovery, emotional regulation, functional skills, transitions, and family capacity building)
* Finding and Keeping a Job supports
* Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling
* Paediatric and family-based interventions (where applicable)
* Some mental health services with WCQ (referrals to be in Q2)
Work may be delivered face-to-face, in the community, or via telehealth, depending on client needs and location.

We have systems designed to support quality work:
* We are a registered NDIS provider, and all required background screening is supported
* All intake screening is completed by the business
* Referrals are allocated based on skills, personality fit, and availability
* Mandatory training is paid and counted as billable time
* Availability for case consultations and potential for multidisciplinary consult collaborations.
* Caseloads are grown intentionally and sustainably
* We use Halaxy and telehealth within Halaxy for ease of scheduling- please outline if you have Halaxy experience in your cover letter.

Mandatory Compliance & Screening Requirements
As a registered NDIS provider, applicants must hold or be willing to obtain:
* Registration with the appropriate professional board
(e.g. AHPRA, ACA, PACFA, ASORC, or equivalent allied health body)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
* Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* National Police Check
* Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Public Liability Insurance
* Referee checks (professional referees will be contacted)
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* First aid and CPR for anyone wanting to do in-person consultations
* Mental Health first aid highly valued
Background and referee checks are mandatory for all roles due to NDIS registration and governance requirements.
