Role Overview As a Customer Banking Specialist Relief in our Ulladulla Branch, you will:
Engage in in-depth conversations with customers to support their banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking, and Financial Advice. Assist customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and credit application processing. Conduct Financial Health Checks to assess and update customers' financial needs. Educate customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options. Problem-solve and provide effective solutions, adhering to our processes and risk management culture. Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail, or hospitality.
